Returns and Complaints
Below you will find the basic information regarding returns and complaints in the Skinsquare store. Detailed rules, including the rights of Consumers and Entrepreneurs with consumer rights, are set out in the Store Regulations.
Returns
If you are a Consumer or an Entrepreneur with consumer rights, as a rule you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, take possession of the Goods. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must first contact the Seller by sending an e-mail to Contact@skinsquare.store. After receiving your request, the Seller will send you a withdrawal form and further instructions regarding the return. Once the correctly completed form has been received, the Seller will provide a shipping label enabling the return of the Goods. The returned Goods should be sent back without undue delay, no later than within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract. The refund will be made in accordance with the Store Regulations, no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal statement; however, the Seller may withhold the refund until the Goods have been received back or until proof of their return has been provided, depending on which event occurs first. The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply in the cases specified in the applicable law and in the Store Regulations, in particular with regard to Goods delivered in sealed packaging which, after opening, cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons if the packaging has been opened after delivery.
Complaints
If you are a Consumer or an Entrepreneur with consumer rights, you are entitled to rights in the event that the Goods are not in conformity with the contract, in accordance with the applicable law and the Store Regulations. In order to submit a complaint, you should contact the Seller by sending an e-mail to Contact@skinsquare.store. In the complaint, you should provide the details allowing identification of the order, describe the non-conformity of the Goods with the contract and, where possible, attach photographic documentation. After receiving the complaint, the Seller may provide a complaint form and further instructions regarding the complaint procedure, including the method of delivering the Goods for assessment, if this is necessary to process the complaint. As a rule, the Seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the Goods with the contract existing at the time of delivery and disclosed within 2 years from that time. Complaints are processed in accordance with the rules set out in the Store Regulations and the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act.
